Call Center Services International is growing and we are looking for a Team Lead to oversee and manage the daily operations of our sales team. This role ensures team productivity, campaign performance, and operational efficiency while providing leadership, coaching, and support to team members.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily execution of B2B and B2C campaigns including sales, outreach, and promotional initiatives.
  • Monitor team performance, call activity, and campaign results to ensure goals are met.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and support to team members to improve performance.
  • Assist with onboarding of new team members.
  • Track campaign performance and prepare reports using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft tools.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, scripts, and outreach strategies.
