In this senior position, you will lead the development of camper programs while ensuring alignment with inclusive practices and IDEA principles. You’ll support the Manager in creating a vibrant camp environment, guide a diverse team, and oversee essential activities for vulnerable youth. Your expertise in recruitment, training, and program logistics will be critical to fostering an engaging atmosphere.
