Care & Repair Advisor (Vancouver)

Location: Oakridge Boutique (Vancouver)

Role: Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Serve as face of Care & Repair department, welcoming clients into after‑sales space
• Manage client consultations, assess repair needs, perform express and minor technical repairs on leather goods and costume jewelry
• Oversee back‑of‑house operations including repair logistics, spare‑part orders, and stock organization
• Complete all CASS administration accurately and in a timely manner
• Diagnose product return reasons and provide appropriate solutions
• Maintain spare‑part inventory and place orders for the boutique
• Deliver training to Fashion Advisors on CASS and CHANEL & Moi philosophy
• Conduct regular audits, share quality insights, and liaise with Boutique Management to address client concerns
