Care Team Supervisor - Temporary Full-Time

Compensation

Base Salary: $61,000 – $76,000 (commensurate with experience). Contract position ending July 2027.

Key Areas of Accountability

• Lead a team of Personal Support Workers, Personal Support Coaches, and Care Team Scheduling Coordinators.
• Oversee all performance management activities: performance appraisals, coaching, mentoring, and staff development.
• Implement progressive disciplinary action as required.
• Listen to and address client and family concerns, conveying understanding and exploring solutions.
• Monitor operational performance and key performance indicators to assist operational decision‑making.
• Support QI projects and process improvements.

Required Qualifications

• RN or RPN with CNO registration in good standing.
