The Casual Mental Health Worker at Rock Bay Landing provides a range of shelter services, including crisis response, co-planning,
assistance with daily physical and emotional supports, accepting and making
referrals, registering, orienting, and advocating for clients who are
experiencing homelessness, while working in a consistently fast-paced,
high-acuity, low-barrier shelter environment. The Mental Health Worker
collaborates with the larger Victoria Cool Aid Society (VCAS) team and engages
with external organizations and professionals to support client needs.
