Change Advisor (Claims, OPL)

About the role

Our Claims OPL Change Management team seeks a Business Advisor who is a self-starter, solutions-oriented, and passionate about change management. In this role, you will collaborate with change management colleagues and claims stakeholders to track and monitor change efforts, provide insights, and implement initiatives across the organization.

Pay & Benefits

Salary range (but not limited to): 74,800 - 91,400 (based on a 35‑hour workweek). Annual bonus target is 7.5% of base salary, with a potential payout of up to double the target, depending on personal and company performance.
