The successful candidate will partner with business leaders, project teams, and stakeholders to develop and execute comprehensive Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategies that drive successful adoption of business process and technology changes. The consultant will be responsible for assessing organizational impacts, managing stakeholder engagement, developing communication and training strategies, mitigating resistance, and ensuring long-term sustainability of change initiatives.
