About the Role
Reporting to the CEO, the Chief People Officer leads the transformation and cultural reset of IBA's People, Performance & Culture function. As a trusted executive leader, the CPO drives culturally safe, high-performance people practices, oversees workforce strategy and governance, and leads complex organisational change. This role supports and strengthens the PPC team while partnering with leaders to build capability, confidence and long-term organisational resilience.
