Description
Lead a dynamic child care program with YMCA BC as a full-time Team Leader. Collaborate in a vibrant environment while delivering high-quality activities based on the YMCA Playing to Learn curriculum.
This permanent position requires an Early Childhood Educator (ECE) to manage daily operations and activities for children. You will cultivate relationships with families and fellow educators while providing creative programming and a safe environment. As a leader, you’ll supervise other staff and volunteers, ensuring all licensing and safety standards are met.
