Overview

We are searching for a Civil Project Engineer / Project Manager in our Brampton office.

Responsibilities

• Work under the direction of our Director, Land Development, coordinate and manage projects across southernOntario.
• Deliver medium to large‑scale land and site development, infrastructure projects, from planning through construction and closeout.
• Manage project scope, budget and schedule control for development projects.
• Recognize value of working in a dedicated team environment with a proven track record for quality product and on‑time delivery.
• Build strong working relationships with other in‑house EXP disciplines including environment, geotechnical, hydrogeological, transportation planning and design, and landscape as part of One‑EXP’s full‑service delivery program.
