Key Responsibilities

• Review, investigate, and advise members on job classification appeals and grievances.
• Represent the Union and advise members on site‑related matters.
• Provide recommendations on the merit of members’ cases, including whether to proceed to a hearing or to conclude the grievance.
• Act as a union‑wide resource for staff and senior leadership on classification appeals and grievances.
• Act as a union‑wide resource on contract administration, job evaluation plans, maintenance agreements, and other classification issues.
