Description

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Additive Manufacturing 
Operate and monitor 3D printers according to engineer speciﬁcations;
Prepare print ﬁles and conﬁgure basic parameters;
Perform post-processing of parts (cleaning, support removal, ﬁnishing);
Perform regular preventive maintenance on equipment;
Manage inventory of printing materials (ﬁlaments, resins);
Document prints and report technical issues.
Assembly and Integration
Assemble 3D-printed multi-part prototypes according to plans and instructions;
Integrate standard components (screws, inserts, bearings) into printed parts;
Mount sub-assemblies and perform simple mechanical adjustments;
Prepare assembly jigs and ﬁxtures for engineers;
Test the basic functionality of assemblies.
