We're looking for a
Client Retention Manager
with proven experience in retaining clients, driving long-term relationships, and building systems that keep clients engaged and loyal.

What You'll Do:

• Own client retention and stickiness through CRM workflows and automations
• Lead high-stakes conversations to retain at-risk clients
• Proactively
  suggest and implement retention ideas, strategies, and value-adds
  to give clients strong reasons to stay
• Act as the bridge between Sales and Operations to ensure seamless delivery
• Monitor client health metrics and use data-driven insights to prevent churn before it happens

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in a client retention, account management, or customer success role
• Experience working in a
  marketing agency environment
• Strong CRM and automation skills
