Client Services Specialist, Consumer Health
Description
Within our _Client Service team_ , we’re currently looking for a **Client Service Specialist** who will be fully dedicated to a portfolio of our Consumer Health clients.
The Client Service Specialist will have the responsibility for supporting clients in analyzing IQVIA property data and ensures they obtain maximum value from IQVIA products and services. Will also answer client queries and collaborates with the Sales team to best support the clients. Provides in-depth training in databases and products and assists the sales team in preparing quotations.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Provide additional insight and interpretation of the data to enable appropriate resolution of business questions and/or issues including pre-analysis of data query and cooperation with Data Integrity team in finalizing the resolution feed-back to the client.
