Client Solutions & Web Support Representative

**Location**: Hermosillo (On-site)
**Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM

**Responsibilities**
- Assist clients with website-related issues
- Advise clients on improving their online presence
- Follow up on requests and ensure quality control
- Identify upselling opportunities when appropriate
**Requirements**:
- Conversational English
- Experience in customer service or phone support
- Basic HTML knowledge (recognition only, no coding required)
- Familiarity with social media (Facebook Business)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong communication skills
