Clinic Manager / Practice Coach II

Our FYidoctors Windsor – Walker Rd clinic is looking for a Practice Coach. This full‑time role (40 hours per week) will be open Monday to Friday.

As a Practice Coach, you will drive operational excellence and foster a patient‑focused environment by empowering staff, optimizing clinic performance, and enhancing patient experiences.

What You’ll Do

• Lead daily clinic operations to deliver exceptional patient experiences and alignment with company strategy, goals, and values
• Coach and mentor team members to enhance their skills, performance, and knowledge
• Collaborate with Regional Coach to strengthen leadership capabilities and achieve clinic objectives
