In this position, you will report to the Manager of Clinical Pharmacy Services while ensuring safe and effective drug therapy for inpatients and outpatients. Your responsibilities will include medication reviews, pharmacokinetic monitoring, and patient education. Additionally, you will participate in medical rounds and provide therapeutic recommendations to the medical team.
Key Responsibilities:
