About the opportunity

The newly created, Clinical Services Operations Lead role is responsible for the end-to-end operational leadership, coordination and performance of the Clinical Services function within the Health & Recovery Division. The role provides strategic and operational oversight of clinical review programs, panel management, administrative services, systems and processes to ensure the high-quality, timely and efficient delivery of clinical services that support injured workers with complex needs.
