Cloud Engineer

Key Responsibilities • Support and maintain production infrastructure across hybrid cloud environments • Deploy product updates and implement integrations and automation based on customer and business requirements • Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and production issues, performing root cause analysis to prevent recurrence • Build and improve highly available, scalable, and secure systems using automation and configuration management best practices • Manage and support public cloud infrastructure, with a focus on AWS services such as compute, storage, networking, and monitoring • Partner with cross-functional teams on project planning, operational readiness, and delivery • Improve system reliability, observability, performance, and security across cloud and on-prem platforms Minimum Qualifications • 7 years of experience in Cloud Operations, DevOps, Systems Administration, Site Reliability Engineering, or a related role • Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field with 8 years of relevan...
