Key Role and Responsibilities :
Hiring sales executives and effectively lead, manage and coach them towards achieving sales targets.
Plan daily goals for team as well as individually and work towards achieving them.
Managing sales in a result-focused environment.
Identifying potential customers and new business opportunities.
Maintaining daily, weekly & Monthly MIS.
To improve over all team performance.
CRITERIA :
Must be a graduate
Should have leadership experience
Experience - Min 5 years in Bancassurance Channel and min 2 years in Team Handeling position.
Age - upto 45 years.
CTC - Upto 11LPA
