Objective:
This role leads the development of a deep understanding of consumers, customers and market dynamics across the Hispanic Latin-American countries. The position is responsible for integrating research, data and analytics to generate actionable insights that support marketing, innovation and commercial decision making.
By translating complex data into clear implications, the role ensures that key business initiatives across Brand, Innovation and R&D are grounded in consumer-centric and data-driven insights.
The role also supports the organization during key business cycles such as MPR, AOP and Strategic Planning, providing analytical perspectives and insights that inform decision making and performance tracking.
