Flywheel is seeking a digital commerce expert to join our team as a Commerce Strategy Director. Our Commerce Strategy team functions as the strategic arm of Flywheel’s commercial team offering a practitioner’s lens to our new business sales approach. Success in this role is directly tied to Flywheel’s revenue growth, but a truly successful candidate will do well through insight‑based additions to pitches, a competitive streak externally but highly collaborative internally, and a deep curiosity to discover, create, and teach new solutions and capabilities that help Flywheel win.

What you’ll do

• Partner closely with Flywheel’s Business Development Directors to coordinate pitch strategy and bring bespoke and tailored opportunities to the organization’s highest‑value opportunities.
• Build and deliver best‑in‑class pitch narratives.
