The Senior Analyst will report to the Director of Commercial Renewals & Assumptions. You will oversee the entire renewal and assumption process while collaborating with various stakeholders. Tasks will include handling borrower structure changes and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities: • Manage all stages of renewal and assumption transactions • Review commitment letters and ensure compliance • Liaise with solicitors, investors, and originators • Input loan data accurately into mortgage systems • Train new staff within the renewals team
Requirements: • Post-secondary education required • Minimum 4 years in mortgage or financial industries • Experience with Optimus system is a valuable asset • Proficiency in Microsoft Office application...
