The Communications Specialist will be responsible for managing and strengthening the company's reputation, considering both internal and external stakeholders. This position will have generalist capability (internal/external/digital) in communications as well as strategically developing, implementing and supporting key communication projects for GBS Americas, in alignment with the global Communications guidelines. This role will collaborate with the management team to ensure that communication initiatives support business goals.
Key Contributions
Internal Communication
Project management (planning, conceptualization, and roll-out) on a variety of internal communication and employee engagement projects, particularly internal campaigns, to ensure excellent communications, coordination, and messaging.
