About the Role:

The Construction Manager is responsible for leading the full lifecycle of project execution, from budget handover and financial oversight through field planning, production tracking, site execution, safety, and project closeout. This role combines construction management, field operations leadership, financial accountability, contract oversight, manpower planning, and team development into one integrated position.

The successful candidate will ensure that projects are delivered safely, efficiently, profitably, and in alignment with customer commitments. This position serves as the key link between project management, field teams, customers, and senior leadership, ensuring financial projections, operational execution, and field productivity remain closely aligned throughout each project.
