- Lead all site construction activities for accommodation buildings, dining facilities, offices, clinics, recreational areas, warehouses, roads, drainage, utilities, and related infrastructure.
- Develop and implement the construction execution plan, site mobilisation plan, work methods, manpower plan, equipment plan, and construction sequence.
- Manage main contractors, subcontractors, supervisors, and site personnel to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor construction progress against the approved schedule and implement recovery plans where delays or productivity issues are identified.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Planning, Quality, HSE, Commissioning, and Project Controls teams to resolve technical and execution issues.
