About the Company

Reporting to the VP of Construction, this role is responsible for managing the full project lifecycle to ensure safety, timeliness, and budget compliance while driving revenue and profitability. You’ll be joining a mid‑sized general contractor specializing in small to medium‑sized projects ranging from $1M–$50M.

Position Summary

The Project Manager will oversee multiple projects from design through completion, managing all phases including permitting, procurement, scheduling, construction, and close‑out.
