Description
Our Transmission group is currently looking to add a
Construction Supervisor - Grounding
to our team, based on the Waasigan Transmission Line Construction Project in Northern Ontario.
Please Note: this is a field based position in Northern Ontario. Successful candidates must be willing to work shifts based in the field.
Duties and Responsibilities
Manage Grounding activities and crew members (up to 10 people)
Ensure compliance with Valard’s safety Policies and Procedures
Complete daily paperwork relating to jobsite, including timesheets, quality reports, field reports, etc.
Coach and mentor employees to develop technical skills and on Valard’s safety policies and procedure
Ensure compliance with project procedures as well as safety program requirements and construction quality practices
Maintain a positive work atmosphere within the group as well as Client relations when interacting with the Clien...
