Title: Strategic Sourcing Manager (Indirect Global Procurement & Supply Management – Business Services)

Duration: 6–12 months

Location: Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week in Ville-Saint-Laurent, Montreal

Responsibilities

• Lead category management and strategic sourcing activities for Business Services and Contingent Workforce categories.
• Develop, present, and maintain category and sub-category sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Build and manage a rolling pipeline of strategic sourcing initiatives and ensure successful project execution.
• Manage strategic supplier relationships and conduct regular supplier business reviews.
• Negotiate contracts with new and existing suppliers to optimize total cost of ownership (TCO), mitigate risk, and achieve savings objectives.
