Position Summary

City Cruises Canada is seeking a highly creative, organized, and digitally driven Content & Social Media Specialist to help elevate our storytelling, expand our social media presence, support influencer partnerships, and build engaging content across all three ports in Ontario – Niagara Falls, Toronto, and Gananoque.

This role reports to the Marketing Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities

This role focuses on content creation, social media execution, creator/influencer coordination, short‑form video content, social media community engagement, content planning, trend monitoring, and content library development.
