Provide professional customer services to the General Insurance enquiries from various channels, e.g. Live Chat, Call, Email, Whatsapp, Counter, etc.
Maintain our customer services in good quality to achieve customer satisfaction
Support ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks as assigned Customer-facing / hotline experience in insurance / financial service industry is preferable
IIQE qualification is an advantage
Proficient in Cantonese and English is required; Mandarin is a plus
Patient with customer-oriented mindset
Good communication and interpersonal skills
We will initially offer employment with 12-month contract; contract renewal will be subject to employee's performance and business needs
