THE ROLE
Our client is seeking an experienced, hands-on Financial Controller to take full ownership of accounting, finance, and treasury operations. This role will allow ownership to step away from daily AP/AR oversight and transactional review, while ensuring strong financial controls, accurate reporting, disciplined cash management, and sound financial guidance.
You will be the primary finance leader within the organization. They are looking for a Controller who is accountable, detail-oriented, and confident in both execution and judgment. This is not a corporate head-office finance role, this is embedded, operational finance leadership within a hands-on business.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Full-Cycle Accounting Ownership
Manage end-to-end accounting including AP, AR, payroll, bank reconciliations, and month-end close

Ensure timely and accurate recording of expenses, revenue, assets, and liabilities
