Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and variance reports. Manage fixed assets, tax slips, and year-end obligations. Work closely with auditors, financial institutions, legal counsel, and government agencies. Oversee tenant-related matters (CAM reconciliations, leases) and insurance. Participate in construction projects (budgets, cost tracking, invoices, timelines). Maintain financial tracking by project. Optimize accounting systems and tools (Yardi).
