Your primary focus will be to manage the Finance team, ensuring robust performance evaluation while preparing accurate financial statements in alignment with GAAP. You will enhance the financial planning and analysis processes, foster relationships with management, and steer the month-end close process. This role also includes responsibility for optimizing cash flow planning and developing effective internal controls.
