Planning, preparation and execution of monthly consolidated and non-consolidated financial statements and schedules, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis for multiple companies and present to Senior Leadership. Coordinate with operational finance teams to prepare consolidated financial reports and analysis. Prepare annual budgets and schedules including management reporting. Assist in creation of annual management and shareholder reporting. Manage day-to-day transactional processing: billing, cash forecasting. Serve as a key resource to support internal and external audit processes. Assist with the development and implementation of formalized accounting and reporting policies and standards. Identify and support process improvement initiatives within the accounting team and across cross‑functional groups.
