The Sage Pub & Liquor Store is a well-established pub and liquor store in Osoyoos, British Columbia, known for its welcoming atmosphere, great food, and excellent service. We are looking for skilled and passionate cooks from Colombia to join our team under Canada’s International Mobility Program (IMP).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes according to recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain kitchen operations, ensuring food safety and hygiene regulations are met.
• Ensure food quality, portion control, and proper plating.
• Assist in kitchen inventory, stocking supplies, and ordering ingredients.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a cook in a restaurant, hotel, or catering business.
