Shanxi Noodle Bar is a well-established Chinese restaurant specialising in authentic China Shanxi cuisine, with a focus on traditional hand-made noodles, toppings, dumplings and regional Chinese dishes. We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Cook to join our team on a full-time basis.

Duties and Responsibilities

Duties include, but are not limited to:

1. Inspect food supplies to ensure quality, freshness and suitability for use.
2. Prepare, season and cook authentic Shanxi and Northern Chinese dishes using traditional recipes and cooking techniques.
