The ideal candidate should have an in-depth understanding of industrial canteens, including current regulations, NOM 251, as well as significant experience in personnel transportation services and uniform delivery to manufacturing personnel. Additionally, the candidate should possess strong personnel supervising skills, high negotiation abilities, and the capacity to effectively handle labor union relationships.
