Client Migration Specialist (6 month contract)

Location: Hybrid – 3 days office (Yorkville, Toronto) and 2 days from home. Includes travel to our London, Ontario office.

This role is a fixed term contract position with the expected end date of December 15th 2026.

The role

• Leads clients through the full migration from legacy systems to our UK system, making the transition smooth and stress‑free.
• Owns the onboarding journey from initial set‑up through to go live, ensuring everything is ready for success.
• Acts as the main point of contact, building strong relationships and guiding clients every step of the way.
• Delivers tailored one‑to‑one onboarding sessions to support, coach, and resolve any challenges.
• Runs engaging group sessions and webinars to support clients at scale.
