Job Title: CorCare Project - Customer Service and Concierge 
Location: Waterford Hospital 
Employment Type: Temporary Casual Position 
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 07:30–15:30 hours 
Key Responsibilities 
Customer Service: Provide professional and friendly assistance to visitors, clients, and staff.
Concierge Support: Offer directions, information, and general assistance within the facility.
Computer Troubleshooting: Provide basic support for common computer or device issues.
Wayfinding: Help individuals navigate the facility accurately and efficiently.
General Logistics: Assist with coordination of access, information flow, and general operational tasks.
Problem Solving: Respond to day-to-day challenges and escalate issues when necessary.
