Job description

As Corporate Paralegal, part of Mantu’s Corporate Legal team, this role supports the Group’s legal operations across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring robust governance and compliance. The position offers exposure to a dynamic international environment and the opportunity to contribute to strategic projects within the Group.

Your missions

• Manage corporate legal matters, including the creation, maintenance, governance, and dissolution of legal entities across multiple jurisdictions (India, Thailand, China, Hong Kong, Japan, Vietnam, Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore)


• Draft, review, and update corporate documentation such as board resolutions, articles of association, minutes, and powers of attorney


• Ensure compliance with international, national, and local regulations affecting the Group’s entities within these juris...
