Cost/Inventory Analyst

~ Analyze raw material cost variances and impact on plant results~ Monitor inventory controls (E& O, cycle counts, adjustments, physical inventory)~ Review items with zero cost and follow up on issues~ Support month-end close (US & Mexico) for cost/inventory~ Prepare and analyze US Recon and balance sheet accounts~ Update standard costs and routings for year-end processes~ Prepare productivity and scrap reports; align with QA~ Support audits and provide required financial information~ Develop cost analysis for new products and business cases~ Ensure compliance with company policies and processes Requirements~ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business~3+ years of experience in cost or inventory accounting~ Good English communication (written & spoken)~ Strong Excel skills~ Experience with audits and financial analysis~ Knowledge of Power BI, AI tools or Power Automate is a plus~ Strong organization, communication and problem-solving skills
