You will be responsible for ensuring excellent communication with customers in order to accurately meet their needs. Additionally, you will actively collaborate with the team to optimize file processing and perfect the daily management of inquiries.
📍 Location: Downtown Montreal
💼 Status: 6-month contract (with strong potential for extension and permanent hire).
🕒 Flexible Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM OR 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (35 hours/week).
