Department Overview
You will join a energetic and collegial team of legal professionals in the TD Legal Department and be involved in a wide range of activities working to advance strategic priorities while ensuring proper risk management. This position will primarily support the TD Asset Management (TDAM) business.
Job Responsibilities
- Advise on the launch and distribution of current retail mutual funds and ETFs as well as private pooled and alternative funds.
- Provide day‑to‑day legal support to TDAM, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements and investment fund disclosure documentation.
