Sezzle is seeking a Credit Bureau Reporting Disputes Analyst & Office Manager who will be responsible for managing and optimizing Sezzle's credit bureau disputes process. You will respond in a timely and compliant manner to all disputes coming through internal channels as well as e-Oscar. You will maintain adherence to all required FCRA and Metro2 guidelines. Additionally, you will be responsible for ad-hoc projects related to credit reporting as deemed appropriate, as well as for maintaining and improving overall productivity and quality within the scope of work.

• Investigate and respond to disputes submitted by customers through internal channels or on behalf of customers by the credit bureaus
