A CSM Support will collaborate and help the team to address clients within the industry, delivering reports and improving communications.
Will assist the product and market expert on building a defined list of product categories to offer clients.
Responsibilities
- Assists with Client management tasks.
- Responsible for basic data analysis, data manipulation and preparation.
- Supports in a daily administrative capacity.
