You will report directly to our **Director Customer Experience** and you’ll work out of our **San Luis Potosi** location on a H **ybrid** work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the overall customer journey by collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement customer-centric strategies, optimize processes, and enhance the customer experience, contributing to Honeywell's reputation as a customer-centric organization and driving business growth.
