Customer Service Representative (Part Time)

**Location**: Hermosillo (On-site)
**Schedule**: Monday to Saturday, 1:00 PM - 7:00 PM

**Responsibilities**
- Update and maintain customer information in CRM systems
- Schedule appointments to maximize sales opportunities
- Provide excellent customer service and solutions
- Communicate with consumers and automotive dealer clients
**Requirements**:
- Conversational English
- At least 1 year of customer service or call center experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills
- Positive attitude and customer-oriented mindset
