Passed in IIQE or HKSI is preferred but not a must
Excellent written and spoken English and Cantonese, proficiency in Mandarin
Good presentation and communication skills Handle customer phone enquiries in professional manner related to general banking services
Maintain good relationship with customers and high- level service standards
Solve minor complaints from customers
