Customer Success Consultant(Quantity Surveying)

1. Excellent communication skill, both verbal and written.

2. Excellent interpersonal skill and presentation skill.

3. Minimum 2-years experience in Cost Estimating, Quantity Surveying, Structural Engineering, or construction

4. Technical ability in understanding structural, architectural drawings or MEP drawings, specification, standard detail, and measurement rules in typical buildings in Indonesia.

5. Able to do cost estimation for construction projects.

6. Familiar with AutoCAD and able to operate other 3D modelling software (Revit/ETABS/Tekla/SAP/Sketchup etc.)
